Day 7: Tatacoa - San Agustin, a 5 hour drive to this small cradle to a lost and mysterious civilization of the past. Spend the night in San Agustin.
Day 8: All day San Agustín, home to UNESCO World Heritage site San Agustin Archaeological Park, its main attraction. There are many ancient burial sites and large anthropomorphic sculptures belonging to a long lost civilisation that to this day scientists have no clue as to who they were. Spend second night in San Agustin.
Day 9: San Agustín - Popayán. Leaving San Agustin 6 am for the 4 hour drive to Popayán, the white city as it is known. Popayán is best known for its celebration of Semana Santa, Easter Week, a deeply religious city famous for its Easter Week processions and white washed facades with multiple churches and cathedrals that conserve the same ancient colonial archtecture.
Day 10: Popayán 6 am departure for a 1 hour 30 minute drive heading north to the town of Silvia, center for the Guambiano indigenous community where we get to visit them first hand, then we drive 2 hours 45 minutes to the city of Cali, end of tour.
